GENESIS17 respects your privacy and provides users with the right to request deletion of personal data obtained through Facebook Login.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you have used Facebook Login to access GENESIS17, you may request deletion of your associated data by following these steps:

  1. Log in to Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
  2. Select Apps and Websites.
  3. Find and select GENESIS17.
  4. Click Remove to revoke GENESIS17’s access to your Facebook account.
  5. To request deletion of data already stored by GENESIS17, email [contact@gmail.com] with the subject “Facebook Data Deletion Request”.

Please include the email address associated with your GENESIS17 customer account so that we can verify and process your request.

Processing Time

We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days and notify you when the request has been completed.

Certain information may be retained only when required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record obligations. Any retained information will be limited to what is legally required and will not be used for other purposes.
